Join yogis from all around the world this Monday, June 21, to celebrate International Yoga Day.
This year there will be two free events hosted online, with one for adults and one for teenagers. The adult class will focus on mindful yoga, working with the breath for a calming experience.
The teenagers class is a moving meditation, where students will be taken through a sequence of poses that can be practiced as both slow or fast movements, depending on the preference. These classes can be practiced anywhere as long as you have a yoga mat or a soft place to spend a few minutes. They are also a great way to add a little more calm to your day and try something new if you aren’t familiar with yoga.
Both classes will take place at 11.00am on June 21 at chesterbeatty.ie
