Presenter and Fashion/Beauty blogger Suzanne Jackson is joined by a whole team of different style counsellors-including the inimitable Eileen Smith-who, over different episodes, will offer their hot takes on the latest trends.

46 year old Jessica Wade is from Ballyfermot in Dublin. She works as a social care worker in Tiglin, working with homeless people. Jessica is a recovering drug addict. She has turned her life around and is now giving back by helping other people.

Jessica loves to laugh and she recently lost weight in lockdown, so a lot of her clothes are now too big for her. She also feels she dresses too young for her age. She wears way too much black and she describes herself as a tomboy. At 5ft 1 she finds it a struggle to find clothes which fit her well. She lives in runners and chunky boots, as she doesn’t know how to wear heels.

Jessica would like to get some inspiration on how to dress to make her feel as good on the outside as she does on the inside but she doesn’t know where to start. She needs an outfit for her nephew’s communion, where she wants to wow her family. She is also single and ready to mingle, so she wants Suzanne to find a dazzling dress to encourage her to get back on the dating scene. She is excited for the future.

This week’s Guest Style Counsellor is Fashion Stylist Corina Gaffney.

The Style Counsellors is produced by Indiepcs for RTE. It will begin airing Tuesday, 4 January, 8.30pm on RTE ONE.
