Upon arrival you will be welcomed by Santa’s elves, who will prepare you and your family for your unforgettable festive journey through EPIC!

Explore EPIC and follow the Magical Christmas Trail
Included in your Santa experience is our magical ‘12 days of Christmas Around the World’ trail. See the CHQ vaults come to life as you take part in sensory activities, search for clues, and use your skills and imagination to complete challenges. Spot the animals that help Santa deliver presents in other countries or learn how to ‘bear dance’ around the Christmas tree in Romania!
With two trails available for different age groups (Under 6 and 6+), you and your little ones will work together to bring the magic of Christmas to life, all while discovering and playing along the way.
Meet Mrs Claus and the elves
Step inside Mrs Claus’s magical kitchen where you’ll sing songs, hear Christmas stories, and learn some fun facts, like did you know her favourite drink is warm milk? Before you head off to meet Santa don’t forget to pick up one of Mrs Claus’s magical wishing bells, she will tell you all the tricks to make your wish come true.
A private audience with the man himself
Santa will be waiting in the EPIC vaults to meet you! Once it’s your turn, Santa’s elf will lead you into his magical grotto where you will get your chance to talk to Santa! Let him know what you would like for Christmas or ask him that special question you have waited all year to ask – How does he keep his beard so neat and tidy? How will he get into your house if you don’t have a chimney?

That all-important family Santa photo
Our professional photographer will be ready and waiting to take your picture and print that perfect family shot. He’s a pro at getting everyone to smile and look the same way. Your visit includes one photo per family and additional photos can be purchased on request.
Don’t forget to post your Santa Letter!
Don’t forget to bring your letter for Santa with you to post (in our special Christmas Express Post Box) so Santa and his elves can bring it back to Lapland with them!
