Púca is an authentic, immersive and otherworldly festival that celebrates Ireland as the birthplace of Halloween.

Returning this October 28th to 31st with music, fire, feasting and merriment in Ireland’s Ancient East, join us to celebrate the Celtic New Year with the spirits of Halloween.

When light turns to dark and the veil between the worlds of the living and the dead thins, the creatures of Samhain, Ireland’s ancient Halloween tradition, come to life.

Through the spectacular nights at Púca Festival, we salute the Halloween spirits through folklore, food, myth and music reopening the pathways of reflection and celebration carved by travellers over 2,000 years ago.

Minister for Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media Catherine Martin T.D. was on hand to officially launch the Púca Festival Halloween 2022 programme.

Music, Fire, Myth and Mischief unite as the Púca character and fire performers join Comedian, Emma Doran, to announce a multi-talented lineup today including The Academic, Imelda May, Gavin James, Sharon Shannon, Kíla and Seo Linn, joining the previously announced King Kong Company, Block Rockin’ Beats, Lisa Hannigan, Jerry Fish Electric Sideshow Cabaret, Blindboy, Joanne McNally, Neil Delamere, David O’Doherty, Jason Byrne and more.
