BoyleSports has placed the rock band The Rolling Stones at a 7/4 shot to headline Croke Park in 2024.

Mick Jagger and co show no signs of slowing down and with new material to show off, we’re seeing plenty of speculation that they’re the mysterious third act rolling into Croker,” said Lawrence Lyons, spokesperson for BoyleSports.

Bruce Springsteen and Coldplay will occupy five headline slots between them at the iconic stadium in Dublin in 2024, but it has been reported that a planning application has been submitted for a sixth gig in August before Coldplay’s four-night stint at GAA HQ.

Mick Jagger and his world-famous band are set to hit the road again next year after the recent release of new album ‘Hackney Diamonds,’ their first collection of new material in 18 years.

The odd favour them as the third act taking to the Croke Park stage, although AC/DC are also heavily tipped to sign up at odds of 3/1.

Ed Sheeran (6/1), The Foo Fighters (8/1) and Harry Styles (also 8/1) are also in the mix as potential headliners.
