Guests who recently joined Seabody and Platinum Pilates on a Breathwork journey to celebrate Seabody ’s range of supplements, and experience an exclusive Seabody Breathwork Sequence.
Guests learned about Seabody ’s range of plant-based supplements, as well as experiencing the three main elements of Breathwork that can be incorporated into every aspect of daily life.
The 60-minute session was hosted by SEABODY’s Dr. Helena McMahon and Milena Jaksic of Platinum Pilates.The session included a small workshop on the basics of breathing function that is needed to have an embodied experience.
