Leonardo Dicaprio fans give a big thumbs up to his new film

Leonardo Dicaprio fans stepped out on the red carpet at the Lighthouse Cinema in Dublin for a special preview screening of his new film Killers of the Flower Moon.

The film which was directed by the legendary Martin Scorsese and  also stars Robert De Niro and Lily Gladstone is based on the David Grann’s best selling book ‘Killers of the Flower Moon’  is set in 1920s Oklahoma. 

At the turn of the 20th century, oil brought a fortune to the Osage Nation, who became some of the richest people in the world overnight. The wealth of these Native Americans immediately attracted white interlopers, who manipulated, extorted, and stole as much Osage money as they could before resorting to murder.

Based on a true story and told through the improbable romance of Ernest Burkhart (Leonardo DiCaprio) and Mollie Kyle (Lily Gladstone), “Killers of the Flower Moon” is an epic western crime saga, where real love crosses paths with unspeakable betrayal. Also starring Robert De Niro and Jesse Plemons, “Killers of the Flower Moon” is directed by Academy Award winner Martin Scorsese from a screenplay by Eric Roth and Martin Scorsese, based on David Grann’s best-selling book.

Stepping out on the red carpet looking tanned and relaxed after her recent wedding was Fair City actress Lyndsey Anne Mulvey and her new husband Karl Bowe . Tv Presenter Jenny Buckley, Radio Presenters Andrea Gilligan and Clint Drieberg, Photographer Evan Doherty and his girlfriend Jenny Claffey, Grace MongeyTriona McCarthy and her husband Will White ,  Pamela Laird as well as 2FM entertainment  reporter Sarah Jane Foster.
