Dublin will be celebrating International Yoga Day a bit early this year.
On Sunday, June 10th the Trinity College Dublin Sports Centre will host the city’s very first yoga and vegan festival.
The event boasts a wide range of activities including over 30 different yoga and meditation classes, stalls selling vegan food and products, talks, interactive workshops, Bollywood dancing, and classes for children. It is scheduled to run all day.
The event has been organised by Yogific, a London-based community organisation dedicated to celebrating both yoga and veganism.
Yogific has organised many similar festivals and events around the world.
The entry fee for adults is €5 online and €7 on-the-door.
This guarantees access to all events included in the festival.
Admission is free for children under 14 years old. The yoga area will open after 9.15am and the stalls will open after 9.45am.
A full time-table of festival activities will be available on the Yogific website before May 10th.
