Bon Jovi announce drive-in Irish concerts

American rock band Bon Jovi is to perform a one-night only live to screen concert which will be shown at three Irish venues this summer – Leopardstown Racecourse in Dublin, Slane Castle in Meath and Cork Racecourse.

Each venue will be allowed only 250 tickets per screening for the gig which will take place on Saturday May 22nd.

This is the first drive-in concert undertaken by the band and their gig will include feature many of their hits including Livin’ on a Prayer and It’s My Life, Always.

Tickets admitting a car of up to five passengers and are on sale this week.

On a Twitter statement, Bon Jovi said: “Due to the ongoing global pandemic, it is no longer feasible for Bon Jovi to tour this summer. Given these difficult times, we have made the decision to cancel the tour entirely.”
