Success is a cert for Windsor Motor Group

by Gazette Reporter

AS PART of its ongoing investment in all employees, Windsor Motor Group has presented eight employees with a QQI Level 6 Management Development Certificate after completing a specifically designed programme.
Delivered by Dublin firm Optimum and supported by Skillnets, the high-impact programme was specifically tailored to the retail motor industry, and focused on developing the skills that lead to successful teams and business management.
It enabled the aftersales employees to develop their skills in fostering an environment for innovation and continuous improvement – two of the key components in driving the Windsor Motor Group’s success, to date.
Modules in the programme included communication, self-management, organisational skills, managing teams for high performance, leadership, legislation and strategic planning.
