Moira Gray is the owner and manager of Soulful Bistro, located in the heart of Stoneybatter. After opening six successful restaurants in the city as well as three outside of Ireland, she has gathered extensive knowledge and skills in the industry working as a consultant over the last four years.

Beginning at the age of 13 working in the Isle of Man on summer holidays, Moira has gained 20 years experience in the industry both here and abroad and has a very obvious passion for it. Another passion of Moira’s is nutrition and healthy eating. Soulful Bistro’s menu is built around doing everything it can to support Irish producers and suppliers.
