Newbridge took all three points to move into seventh place in the LSL Senior 1A standings after a five-goal thriller in Finglas last weekend.

Goals from Josh Derham, Tayem Dinamunemga and Conor Brady did the damage with Alan Batter and Dean Ivory responding for the Dublin side who now lie in 10th spot.

League leaders Collinstown and Larkview Boys, meanwhile, played out a 2-2 draw in Sunday’s other game, while on Friday second-placed St Kevin’s beat Inchicore 2-1, Dublin Bus saw off Castleknock Celtic by the same score and Templeogue United drew 3-3 with Kilmore Celtic.
