Portrane Village Renewal Group & Tidy Towns praised the work of their friends and partners from Prosper Fingal, Piercetown, Skerries who spruced up a local area, sourcing tyres, coming up with the designs and painting them up,, writes Rose Barrett.
“This morning was the final part of this process with the installation placed alongside the bus shelter at the entrance to St Ita’s Campus. Many thanks again to the group for all their work and the colour that it now brings to our village.
Also many thanks to Brian Morrissey from Morrissey Tree Services who on short notice provided the mulch,” said the PVRG & Tidy Towns.
Nothing ‘tyred’ looking about the area now, well done to all.
