Blanchardstown Centre is to be put up for sale next month and is expected to sell for in excess of €1bn.
The centre, which is the biggest retail complex in the country, is owned by Green Property Group, and will be officially released to the market by joint agents, JLL and Eastdil Secured, early next month.
The existing premises take in approximately €50m per year and its lands span 85 acres with up to 6,000 surface car parking spaces.
Stephen Vernon, Green Property Group chairman, said: “Today [Blanchardstown Centre] is one of Europe’s most successful and vibrant retail destinations.
“I believe now is the optimal time to transition to new ownership to take advantage of its development potential and capitalise on the recovery phase of the consumer cycle.”
