Balbriggan Beach is set to become a hub of sporting activity with the introduction of brand-new volleyball nets, a first for Fingal County Council.
This exciting initiative will encourage community engagement, promote an active lifestyle, and support the growth of volleyball in the area. The installation of volleyball nets on Balbriggan Beach is a collaborative effort between FCC and Volleyball Ireland. The nets will provide an opportunity for individuals and teams to enjoy the sport of volleyball in a picturesque beach setting.
“We are delighted to see Balbriggan Beach equipped with volleyball nets,” said Cllr. Adrian Henchy, Mayor of Fingal. “This initiative reflects our commitment to enhancing recreational opportunities and fostering a sense of community in Fingal.
