The Tara Building, made famous for its colourful exteriors by street artist Maser, and warm and friendly interiors, is turning 5!!!
Despite the hotel-ification and cultural erosion of Dublin the independently owned coworking, events and community hub has long been synonymous with the creative community, playing host to a thriving events programme of gigs, live podcasts shows, talks and workshops.

The Tara Building is opening its doors to the public as a cultural and events venue with a mission rooted in creativity, community and social impact. They continue to build a thriving events programme of gigs, live podcasts shows, talks, arts and crafts workshops, and more.

Through their workspaces, event spaces, and community, they value and support those who make Ireland a more inclusive, sustainable, and creative place. The Tara Building brings this to life by offering a range of residencies in Social Impact, Creative Arts, and Sustainability, which includes three to six months of free workspace, meeting room access, event space and community support among other benefits.

Recent beneficiaries to call The Tara Building home under their residency programme include screenwriter and actor Andie McCaffrey, sustainability duo The Useless Project, and Helping Irish Hosts, a volunteer-run organisation empowering and supporting individuals and communities in Ireland to host Ukrainians in their homes.
