Dún Laoghaire, the largest recreational and sporting sailing centre in Dublin, is hosting the Laser 4.7 Youth World Championships and Councillor Lettie McCarthy, Cathaoirleach of Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council met with young sailors from around the globe when she launched the event this evening.
