Cllr Karen Power (GP) reminds Balbriggan and surrounding neighbourhoods that community groups and centres are invited to express an interest in hosting a ‘Safer Halloween’ event, writes Rose Barrett.
Safer Halloween will be led by volunteer groups and community centres on the lead up to, and include Halloween evening.
Suggested activities will range from diversionary fun and games including discos, pumpkin carving mask making, parades, etc and will include a ‘Stay Safe and Awareness’ element.
