Rush Tidy Town have planted a bee and insect friendly hedge in the Harbour area covering a bare wall, as we continue our commitment to biodiversity locally.
This was only made possible with the support of Fingal County Council who provided the plants and our incredible volunteers who planted it, many thanks to all.”
Brendan O’Reilly, Chairperson of Rush TT stated: “This Tidy Towns award pays testament to the hard work our committee have been doing in the area of sustainability, with not just one, but several initiatives happening in parallel, involving many people and businesses from the community. We are on the start of a journey to make Rush stand out from a sustainability point of view.”
