Stellar images to feature as part of summer outdoor astrophotography exhibition, at the Dublin Institute for Advanced Studies
The 20 top-rated entries to the Dublin Institute for Advanced Studies (DIAS) Reach for the Stars astrophotography competition will feature as part of an outdoor exhibition at DIAS’s premises at 10 Burlington Road, Dublin for the month of August.
Photographed at the launch was Dr. Eucharia Meehan, CEO and Registrar of DIAS. Milky Ways, fireballs, nebulas and night-sky scenes against various Irish landscapes are among the images featured, along with the winners and runners up of each of the competition categories.
The free exhibition is open to the public and will hang at the railings of DIAS’s premises at 10 Burlington Road, Dublin, for the month of August.
