Lecture from The Old Dublin Society

The Old Dublin Society are hosting the third lecture in their Spring 2022 programme next month, writes Amy Rohu.

Tim Carey, author, historian, and facilities manager at the Department of Housing, Planning and Local Government, will present his lecture ‘Dublin since 1922’ at7.30 p.m. on March 9, via Zoom.

The lecture will cover aspects of Ireland’s capital since independence looking at a selection of events that took place over the past century and recalling some of the numerous figures who contributed to shaping the city’s identity as well as the daily life of the people.
