New Children’s Interpretative Centre to be launched in Malahide Village!

Fingal County Council, Irish Rail and Alstom will be launching a new Children’s Interpretative Centre at the Casino Model Railway Museum on Tuesday next, May 9 at 10:30 am.

Housed in the beautifully restored Casino ‘Cottage Orné’ in the heart of Malahide Village this exciting new project will allow visitors to try their hand at virtually driving a train along a number of routes including, Skerries, Hazelhatch and Celbridge.

Visitors will learn about some of the people who work on the railway and get to experience some of the animals and birdlife that live along railway lines.

Tuesday next, May 9 at 10.30am!
