Lusk Action Group hope to make Christmas 2021 bigger, brighter and even more glittery than last year!
Veronica Gibson has set up a GoFundMe page, to help fundraise for new and more dynamic Christmas lighting.
“We hope to raise circa €2, 400 at least,” said Veronica. “We raised €6,5000 last year and were successful in securing funding for €2,000 from Fingal County Council this year.

“Whatever extra is a bonus but we would like to build on the additional lighting we erected last year. We want to make Lusk brighter and more cheerful looking for 2021, and to extend the lighting further around the village.
“It’s been such a difficult year for everyone, and a little bit of Christmas cheer would do the local community no harm, along with perhaps increasing the footfall across village shops and services so anything donated will be greatly appreciated, no matter how big or small” she concluded.
