A large family syndicate from Dublin have got their bank holiday weekend off to an incredible start after they claimed a life-changing Lotto jackpot prize worth €3,519,138 at the National Lottery offices in Dublin on Friday last, St Patrick’s Day!

The delighted family who wish to keep their win private, won the €3.5m Lotto jackpot prize on Saturday, January 21 with a ticket they purchased at the Mace store in Kilbarrack shopping centre in Dublin 5.

With over €3.5m to share, the family wisely stated members of the large Dublin clan are mostly going to pay off bills and mortgages with their winnings.

However, the kind-hearted group have already discussed how they plan to share their prize even further with other family members as well as plans to make donations to charity groups close to their hearts.

Meanwhile, another Dublin man was celebrating at Lotto HQ over the weekend after he won the €300,000 top prize on the €15 All Cash Gift scratch card.

A fellow Dub who also wishes to remain anonymous purchased his ticket at the Day Today News store on Main Street in Rush in north Co Dublin.
