It was an afternoon of fun in the sun as guests attended the highly anticipated launch of Häagen-Dazs x Pierre Hermé with the ‘Picasso of Pastries’, Pierre Hermé out in the Summer Garden in House on Leeson Street, Dublin.
A renowned name in the ice cream industry, Häagen-Dazs were thrilled to unveil its latest limited edition flavour created in collaboration with French renowned pastry chef, Pierre Hermé.
The event surpassed expectations by offering an unforgettable experience, combining delicious treats and a vibrant atmosphere by spreading joy, one scoop at a time. Guests on the day included Erica Cody, Soule, Louise Cooney, Terrie McEvoy, Teodora Sutra, Joanne Northey ,Rob Kenny, as well as Laura Nolan and Matthew MacNabb ,Adam Fogarty ,Susan Jackson and Tara O’Farrell
Combining the delicious velvety ice cream and Hermé top-secret macaron recipe creating the sweetest of flavours, balanced with an almond taste for a touch of nuttiness. The new special edition ice cream is available in the most-loved ingredient combinations including strawberry and raspberry, double chocolate ganache, and yuzu and lemon to captivate the taste buds of ice cream lovers and connoisseurs alike. French renowned pastry chef and collaborator, Pierre Hermé comments: “For the past twenty years, I have constantly been creating and reinterpreting my macaron recipes, which is my favourite creative terrain. My macarons are my identity so to put them in an ice cream I needed to work with the very best. Häagen- Dazs is just as passionate as me when it comes to quality, taste and crafting things in a new way so collaboration was established from the first bite.”
The Häagen-Dazs x Pierre Hermé ice cream is available now in Tesco Ireland and available soon in Dunnes Stores and Super Valu
