Last seen on October 6, Gardaí appeal to the public to locate 42-year-old Agnieszka, who is described as being 5′ 4″ tall.
She has dark brown hair and grey eyes.
Agnieszka was last seen near the Square Shopping Centre in Tallaght. She was wearing a grey cardigan, blue jeans and white shoes.
Gardaí and Agnieszka’s family are concerned for her welfare.
