A five piece boyband with two Dublin natives was revealed as the sixth entry to Ireland’s Eurosong on The Ray D’Arcy Show last Friday.

‘Next In Line’, who were founded by the music manager and television personality Louis Walsh in September 2022, will participate in the competition on The Late Late Show on Friday, January 26, where the winner will progress to represent Ireland at the Eurovision in Malmö, Sweden.

The five members of ‘Next in Line’ are Conor O’Farrell from Meath, Neung Kelly from Carlow, Joshua Regala from Navan and two Dubliners, Harry O’Connell and Conor Davis.

Their song Love Like Us was written by Cork-born Bill Maybury and produced by Joe Rubel.

“When we recorded the song we immediately felt it was a Eurovision song and luckily Louis agreed with us,” said Conor O’Farrell.

“We’ve sat on this song for nearly a year waiting for this moment and we are just so excited about being given this opportunity to be part of Eurosong.”
