Dundrum on Ice unveils its 14th year of frosty festivities as Love Island’s Liam Reardon and Millie Court jet in to glide onto the rink

A host of familiar faces stepped out to join Love Island winners Liam Reardon and Millie Court for the launch of Dundrum On Ice, taking to the rink to showcase their skating skills as they twirled under the twinkling lights of the festive season as Dundrum On Ice returns for the 14th year. Gliding through the glistening ice, surrounded by the magic of Christmas, guests revelled in the icy elegance of the exquisite rink. 

Guests were greeted by a snow-kissed paradise in the heart of Dundrum Village, and entertainment by DJ Marty Guilfoyle, guests included Glenda Gilson and family, Podcaster Charleen Murphy, Influencers Lauren Whelan, Miriam Mullins and Croia Fitzpatrick along with presenter and Author Andrea Hayes and family.

Whether you’re a little one taking your first icy steps, a beginner finding your groove, or a seasoned pro doing triple axels in your sleep, Dundrum On Ice welcomes one and all to join in on the frosty fun.

There’s a piece of Christmas magic waiting for everyone on the glistening ice. So, get ready to sprinkle your ice-skating escapades with the magic of Christmas and make unforgettable memories with family, friends, or that special someone by your side – and let Dundrum On Ice be your go-to destination for seasonal joy, laughter, and frosty festivities, even if the little ones do need the help of a penguin skate aid along the way! 

But that’s not all – while you glide through the winter wonderland, treat your taste buds and cool down with slush puppies that are colder than a snowman’s smile, or warm up with premium hot chocolate served in the cosiest atmosphere imaginable!

Just a hop skip and a jump away from the Green Line Luas at Dundrum, and with various buses stopping throughout Dundrum Village, the rink is easily accessible for all. There are also a limited number of car parking spaces available on site, located behind Holy Cross Church, Main Street, Dundrum. 

Ticket prices begin at €16.50 for a child, and €19.00 for an adult, with Family passes also available for discounted prices. Dundrum On Ice runs from now until January 28th, and opens at 3:00pm on Monday to Friday, with the last session starting at 8:00pm. Saturdays and Sundays see the rink open at 10:00am, with the last session also beginning at 8:00pm. Advanced booking is advised.
