Dublin City Council is commissioning five large-scale street artworks at various locations across the city, writes Amy Rohu.

Artists can make a submission now and are encouraged to be creative but to also consider the history of the area and to celebrate Dublin City itself. The theme for the artwork is open but should seek to engage people of all ages and abilities. The deadline for submissions is July 5 at 12pm.
