The Arboretum Urban Green Christmas store, located above Chapters bookstore on Parnell Street, kickstarted the festive season last weekend with an event complete with carols and Christmas puddings.
The Brook Singers choir performed among Christmas trees and decorations of all kinds, from wreaths, garlands, baubles, hanging décor and ornaments, to indoor and outdoor lights.
Rachel’s Garden Café offered a host of seasonal sweets, including mince pies, Christmas puddings, taste Wexford Preserves & Wexford Honey and TreatYoSelf gluten-free and vegan sweets.
The Arboretum Urban Green Christmas store will showcase three distinct Christmas looks. Frosty Dawn is Scandinavian-inspired and will feature fresh whites, cool greys, sparkling rosé and hazy blues.
Fairytale Forest is a woodland adventure of earthy tones of red copper, espresso, velvet pink, pine green, pistachio and Warm Wishes delivers on nostalgic décor, in tones of oxblood, Christmas red, blush pink, pearl, light gold and pine green.
The store offers selection of gifts for Christmas 2023, from food, gardeneing and homeware, to personalised fine art and illustration prints from Blue Shoe Gallery.
There is also a ‘create your own’ section, where customers can make their own original and unique décor.

In addition to the classic Christmas tree, the Christmas store is promoting a wide range of festive houseplants, such as poinsettias and anthuriums.
