Five Minute Gua Sha Routine
- Sweep the stone down the neck with gentle pressure, starting at the top of the ear and moving down to the collarbone.
- Sweep over the jaw line, starting at the outer edge of one ear and moving over to the other side of your jawline, up to your chin.
- Starting from where your smile line meets your cheeks; sweep from underneath the cheekbones in an upward movement, all the way to your temples.
- Gently sweep under your eyes with gentle pressure. Start at the outer corner of each eye, moving in towards the nose.
