Aircoach has become the first public transport provider to offer its customers the opportunity to purchase a Dublin Airport Fast Track pass which enables departing passengers to clear security in less than10 minutes, writes Rachel Cunningham.
Following the resumption of international travel on July 19, Aircoach, has launched the Fast Track pass so that its customers can avoid queues and crowds in the airport by accessing the dedicated Fast Track security channel at Terminal 1 or Terminal 2.
Commenting on the launch of Fast Track pass, Dervla McKay, Managing Director of Aircoach said; “We are delighted to announce Aircoach’s partnership with daa to become the first public transport provider to offer customers the option of purchasing Fast Track passes ahead of their trip to Dublin Airport.
“Not only does purchasing with Aircoach give our customers the convenience of not needing to complete a separate transaction for Fast Track, we are also able to do so at a competitive price that is cheaper than purchasing at the airport. Continually improving our customer experience is a key priority for our business and this new partnership will do just that.”
Welcoming the Aircoach’s partnership with Dublin Airport Fast Track, Dublin Airport Managing Director Vincent Harrison said: “We are delighted to work with Aircoach so it can offer an enhanced, all-encompassing service to its customers. Aircoach was also the first bus operator in Ireland to offer contactless payments onboard its coaches in 2018 and, in 2019, the coach service launched its driver fatigue monitoring system on its intercity coach routes.
