A new leisurewear brand founded by an Irish brother and sister held its grand opening on Grafton Street
New Dimensions Active, a family-owned premium activewear brand founded by Orla and Jeff Hopkins, can be found at the top of Dublin’s most iconic shopping street.
Collectively, the siblings have represented Ireland in sports such as gymnastics, soccer and professional golf and had struggled to find high quality Irish fitness wear. They decided to design and create their own and New Dimensions Active began its journey in 2018 with two styles of leggings and an online store.
New Dimensions Active currently has 15 styles of leggings, a selection of activewear for men and women, golf collections, running collections and more.

Orla Hopkins said that the store opening was a “huge day” for the brand, adding: “We know the quality and love we put into each and every garment and we can’t wait for people to be able to see and feel our range in person.”
Jeff Hopkins, who said that the duo had been searching for a premises for 18 months, expressed his pleasure and pride at opening on “one of the busiest streets in Europe with no investors or external help.”
“To say that blood, sweat and tears have gone into this project is an understatement, but this shows the strength of the brand and the community we have built over the last four years.
“We have taken over a five-story building, where we will have our store, an event space and offices. This will become the NDA hub and give us an incredible chance to broaden and execute our brand ethos to give people the confidence to get up and move,” he said.
