Dunnes Stores have launched a line of new kids clothing, designed for children with additional needs.

The Additional Needs clothing range features a line of fashions and underwear designed to be more accessible for children in wheelchairs, with tubes, or with other extra needs not provided for in regular clothing.

Items in the new range include leggings and joggers, jackets, shirts, tops and dresses that feature velcro or an alternative soft-close fastening and opening for PEG tubes.

The care labels in the garments are also concealed to avoid irritation, with the fabrics soft to the touch as well. The collection also features a range of undergarments, including vests and bodysuits, that are also designed to be accessible with their openings.
