Lorraine Keane’s Fashion Relief, a pre-loved fashion boutique dedicated to raising funds for Breast Cancer Ireland, officially opened its doors in the iconic Frascati Centre, Blackrock, coinciding with the Frascati Centre’s 40th anniversary celebrations earlier this month.

Founded by broadcaster, Breast Cancer Ireland Ambassador and philanthropist, Lorraine Keane, Fashion Relief aims to raise both awareness and funds to support Breast Cancer’s mission to improve the lives of those affected by breast cancer through groundbreaking research, education and awareness programmes across the island of Ireland.

To date, the Fashion Relief initiative has raised a staggering amount of circa €750,000 for charitable organizations in the five years since its inception.

The new-look fashion outlet beautifully styled in gold and blush pink hues, by well-known interiors expert and stylist Natasha Rocca Divine, situated to the rear of the Frascati Centre, will provide a unique shopping experience for fashion-conscious individuals whilst simultaneously contributing to a vital cause.

Natasha’s long-standing passion for both fashion and design aligns perfectly with the mission of Fashion Relief.

Speaking at Tursday’s launch, celebrity Lorraine Keane said I am incredibly excited by today’s opening. Breast Cancer Ireland is a cause close to my heart, and through this initiative we are not only making a difference in the lives of those impacted by breast cancer but also creating a beautiful shopping experience that our patrons will love.

“By bagging a bargain from Fashion Relief you’ll be shopping more sustainably, helping to divert pre-loved and end-of-line clothes from landfill, and doing your bit for people and planet. Why not drop in to the shop to browse our brilliant range of high quality pre-loved fashion finds – everything from Zara to Prada – at hugely discounted prices, and treat yourself to something nice…whilst also raising much needed funds for this incredible Irish charity. Shoppers can expect to find an array of styles and sizes, ensuring that there’s something for everyone”

Viv GaineCentre Director at Frascati Centre added We’re thrilled to welcome and support Breast Cancer Ireland as Lorraine’s Fashion Relief partner to Frascati Centre, especially as we celebrate our 40th anniversary this year. This partnership not only supports a fantastic Irish cause, close to all our hearts but the store itself is a treasure trove for lovers of designer labels, who visit weekly to land amazing pieces as they drop, whilst contributing to an amazing cause and doing their bit for the environment! Frascati Centre advocates and supports women in every facet of the daily running of our business. We are home to over 40 Retail Brands of which almost 75% are Irish owned and family run businesses, mainly driven by remarkable women!”

Aisling Hurley, CEO of Breast Cancer Ireland said We are thrilled to have Lorraine Keane, and Fashion Relief on board – and to see the doors officially open to this beautiful high-end outlet. The funds raised by this initiative will significantly impact our research efforts, support services, and awareness campaigns. Together, we can make a substantial difference in the lives of those affected by breast cancer.”
