Sweet Potato and Heinz Beanz

  • 1/2 can of Heinz Beanz
  • 1 Sweet Potato
  • 30G Flame Grilled Red Peppers
  • 20G Feta Cheese
  • Olive Oil to Brush


  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/360F
  2. Brush the sweet potato with olive oil and place in the oven to roast for 30 minutes
  3. Heat 1/2 a tin of Heinz Beanz in a small pan on the hop until hot
  4.  Place the roasted sweet potato into the centre of the plate, slice in half and top with cooked Heinz Beanz. Garnish with the sliced red peppers and finish with crumbled feta cheese.
