Vhi has announced the expansion of its 360 Health Centre network following the redevelopment of the Vhi SwiftCare Clinic in Swords.
Vhi 360 Health Centre Swords now offers five additional clinical rooms, an improved member experience and access to a multi-disciplinary team of clinicians, who collaborate to deliver the best solution for members health needs.
This year has seen a significant rise in the number of members who have accessed Vhi’s Health & Wellbeing services which include the new Vhi 360 Health Centres, the Clinical Call Centre, Digital platforms, and Hospital@Home. By September this year, Vhi’s Health and Wellbeing had supported members through over 420,000 healthcare interactions for a wide variety of healthcare needs, an increase of 33 per cent from September 2022.

This includes 120,000 healthcare interactions with members in Vhi 360 Health Centres in Dublin in Carrickmines and Swords, Limerick and Cork, an increase of 40pc. Across these facilities, members availed of Urgent Care services including dental, orthopaedics, wound care and Planned Care Services including paediatrics, physiotherapy, dermatology, and diagnostics including MRI, X-Ray, and Ultrasound.
Vhi also offers a digital and phone-based Health and Wellbeing services, enabling nationwide access to Vhi care that includes Vhi’s Online GP, Vhi’s Clinical Call Centre, NurseLine for support during a medical event or with day-to-day medical queries, as well as access to a suite of online health services including dieticians and physiotherapy. As of September, there were 220,000 interactions with members across these services, an increase of 28% on this time last year.
