An array of well known faces started the New Year off on the right foot, as they stepped out for the Pharma Plus wellness breakfast at Balfes.

The event was full of health and fitness insights with notable wellbeing personalities including Pharma Plus ambassador Conor Murray, fitness expert Siobhan Byrne of BodyByrne Training and Dr Sonja Bobart, who offered guests valuable thoughts on health and wellness for 2024.

Located on Balfe Street, where Grafton Street and the Creative Quarter meet, Balfes is a vibrant all-day bistro with a 20-seater outdoor terrace, zinc covered bar and an open kitchen serving beautifully prepared dishes.

Combining the energy of a vibrant New York eatery – complete with subway tiles and industrial-chic flourishes – and the relaxed elegance of a high-end Parisian brasserie, Balfes serves the finest locally sourced produce.

Pharma Plus is an Irish brand created by pharmacists saw a need for professional guidance in the supplement market. Their ethos is to only include ingredients that are of proven health benefit, evidence based and omitting ingredients that are not needed or indeed suitable for the general population.
