Griolladh has opened their first bricks and mortar café, on Dublin’s Thomas Street, writes Amy Rohu.

After starting just 18 months ago from a converted trailer in a suburban front garden, Jacob Long and Jack Brennan launched their lockdown inspired concept of serving up gourmet hot sandwiches.

There are now four locations across Dublin with food trucks in Malahide at New Street, at Dundrum Town Centre and on Grand Canal Street.

The menu offers breakfast, baked goods, sausage rolls, hot drinks and indulgent treats, with the Hot Gourmet Sandwich at the heart of the success of Griolladh and a Vegan option on the way too, there’s no stopping this lockdown success story.

Speaking about the new location, Jacob and Jack said: “We are delighted to be based in The Liberties, an historical and thriving community. We feel very much at home!”
