If you’re looking to treat yourself in the coming weeks, McDonald’s are introducing some exciting new additions to their menu, as well as some returning favourites.
The Grand Big Mac will be returning to stores on February 10, following on from the hype of it’s previous appearances on their menu. It’ll make a return for six weeks only, so be quick if you want to get your hands on an even bigger big mac.
The burger has two beef patties, a slice of cheese, lettuce, onion, pickles, and the world favourite Big Mac sauce in a sesame topped bun. The same ingredients as a Big Mac, just bigger and better, and available with or without bacon.
Launching alongside the Grand Big Mac is the brand new Homestyle Crispy Chicken. The burger has a new thick succulent chicken breast fillet in a crispy coating, a hot and spicy mayo and caramelised onion compote, lettuce, bacon, red onions, a slice of cheddar cheese and a glazed poppy and sesame seed bun.

The much-loved Mozzarella Dippers also make their return to McDonalds this month, in a sharing box of nine or three.
For those with a sweeter tooth, fear not, as Cadbury Flake McFlurries return to the menu. The Flake Chocolate McFlurry is made from dairy ice cream swirled with chunks of Flake chocolate pieces and chocolate sauce. The Flake Raspberry McFlurry is the same only drizzled in a sweet, fruity sauce instead.
McDonald’s restaurants are currently closed for dine-in and walk-in takeaway, but customers can still order via the Drive-Thru and McDelivery. The items above are available in all Irish restaurants from 10th February until 23rd March.
