This year’s Fingal Volunteer Expo is back ‘in person’ and will be hosted at Blanchardstown Library on Thursday, October 13 between 5-7:30pm.
It is hosted by Fingal Volunteer Centre and is open for all current and potential volunteers, and for anybody interested in finding out more about volunteering in their local community.
There will be more than 12 local Dublin 15 not-for-profit organisations present at the Expo. Each organisation will have their own stall and will have the opportunity to talk, and present, their background stories, along with their current and future initiatives.
The 12 local participating groups are 92.5 Phoenix FM, African Community Radio, BCIL (Blanchardstown Centre for Independent Living), Enable Ireland Retail, Fingal Community Volunteers, Foróige, Jigsaw D15, Le Chéile, NCBI, PACE, Sickle Cell Society Ireland and St Francis Hospice Dublin.
The Fingal Volunteer Expos are organised and hosted by the Fingal Volunteer Centre that provide a platform for local not-for-profit organisations to share their initiatives and the good work that they do within their communities and throughout Fingal.
The Fingal Volunteer Centre is delighted to provide a medium like the Volunteer Expos for affiliate non-profit organisations as they seek to increase their outreach and communication with current and potential volunteers.
If you are interested in learning more about Volunteering, or know somebody who is, why not come along to the Fingal Volunteer Expo at Blanchardstown Library between 5-7:30pm on Thursday, October 13 to learn more.
