Remember when Shamrock Rovers was bought into by its fans? Well now the model is being applied to the festival market. Forever Young Festival, Irelands premier weekend festival catering specifically for the older demographic who are young at heart, are doing the same.

Now, the passionate and loyal fans of one of Irelands fastest growing new festivals, and savvy investors alike, will have the chance to become shareholders in this rapidly growing weekend event.

The Forever Young Festival launched with a splash in 2019, winning Best Line Up and Best Medium Festival in its inaugural outing. Since its launch, the new festival has gone from strength to strength, coming through the covid events desert with nearly double the customers in its second year in 2022, to become a firm favourite in Ireland colourful festival calendar.

The festival has brought an incredible list of artists to Ireland, from The Human League, Holly Johnson, Marti Pellow, Squeeze, OMD, Kim Wilde, ABC, Billy Ocean, Bonnie Tyler, Bucks Fizz, Soul II Soul, Nik Kershaw, Tony Hadley, plus over 30 other incredible international acts. Alongside these the event also features fantastic Irish talent, from The Undertones to The Hothouse Flowers, Cry Before Dawn to In Tua Nua and many more.

Festival founder Dr Sharon Alston explains the reason behind this opportunity- “Forever Young is an indescribable weekend, that has unmatched loyalty from its customers. Like so many events, we were affected by severe weather this summer, that has caused us to re evaluate how the festival is structured and owned. Rather than bringing in funding through venture capitalists or other funding streams, that may have resulted in the blueprint of what makes the festival so special being changed, we were inspired by the Shamrock Rovers story. Our fans, sponsors and suppliers are vociferous about the importance of the event, therefore we believe the best financial support will come from the people who value Forever Young the most”.

The festival’s strong growth predicts an attractive return on investment over the next 3-5 years, and investors will receive festival perks that money can’t buy. Now that’s what I call a Christmas present!!!!

The details will be available from 12 midday Monday 11th December through the Dublin based crowdfunding platform, that has a strong track record in this field, Spark Crowdfunding is authorised by The Central Bank of Ireland. It takes 3 minutes to register on the site, and this can be done in advance.
