Niall ‘Bressie’ Breslin was joined by supporters of Jigsaw and sponsor Lidl, for the launch of ‘One Good Community’ last week at Balbriggan, writes Rose Barrett.
Pictured at Balbriggan Strand is Jean Richardson from Jigsaw, author, podcast host, composer, and athlete, Niall ‘Bressie’ Breslin, Elaine O’Connor, Head of Corporate Social Responsibility, Lidl Ireland and Northern Ireland and Sandra Moore from Jigsaw. They were photographed at the launch of One Good Community, which will activate over the coming weeks in communities across Ireland.
This programme focuses on mental health and wellbeing activities aligned with Jigsaw’s powerful message, “5 a day for mental health”. As a PhD student studying youth mental health and the co-founder of his own youth mental health advocacy charity, A Lust for Life, Niall brings a wealth of experience and knowledge, making him an ideal spokesperson for this important initiative.

One Good Community was launched on Friday last May 26 at Balbriggan, with the “Fly a Kite” event at Terence McSweeney Community College in Knocknaheeney, Cork, and the Midday Mile in collaboration with the Donegal Local Development Partnership, spanning communities from one end of the country to the other.
