Sport gets new role at Dublin Festival

SPORT will play a major part for the first time in this year’s Red Line Festival which takes place at Tallaght Stadium from October 13-16. 

The festival will have a new series of sports and wellbeing events across several venues including Tallaght Stadium, The Civic Theatre, Castletymon Library and the County Library in Tallaght.  

 Macdara Ferris and Eoghan Rice present ‘From Ringsend to Tallaght’ in which Shamrock Rovers Players’ Stories’ tells the history of the most successful club in the 100-year history of the League, while Gareth Maher and RTÉ’s George Hamilton present ‘Away Days: Thirty Years of Irish Footballers in the Premier League’.
