Autumn festival at community allotments

Powerstown Allotments will host its Autumn Event on Saturday next, September 17 from 10.30am-13.30pm.

The Mayor of Fingal, Cllr Howard Mahoney will be attending along with several TDs, councillors and local community leaders. Michelle, an experience gardener will begin her presentation on composting at 11:30am, and this should last until 13:30.

Visitors can meet with plot holders, and see the work to hand, have a friendly walkabout and avail of some delicious home-made refreshments with tea/coffee.
