Arthritis Ireland is delighted to announce that their in-person Living Well with Arthritis courses will commence from September 2023.
The Dublin venues for the courses are:
- Applewood Community Centre, Swords, Co. Dublin, each Monday from 10am -12.30pm commencing 25th September and finishing on 30th October.
- Our Lady of Dolour’s Parish Hall, Glasnevin, each Friday from 10am-12.30pm, commencing 29th September and finishing 3rd November.
- COI Theological Institute, Churchtown, Dublin 14 each Tuesday from 10.30am-1pm commencing October 3 and finishing November 7.
- Mountview Family Centre, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15, each Monday from 2pm-4.30pm commencing 13th November and finishing 18th December.
The course consists of six weekly sessions, with each session lasting 2.5 hours. The course is suitable for people with any form of arthritis.
The Living Well with Arthritis course gives people with arthritis the tools and techniques to help them better manage their condition. This includes managing pain and fatigue, reducing reliance on health professionals and medication, and improving a person’s overall sense of well-being. The courses also offer participants the opportunity to connect with others living with the condition. Booking is essential and places are limited.
