Nearly a third of Irish people have developed a greater appreciation of Ireland since the Covid-19 pandemic began last year, according to research conducted by Circle K.
The study also found that 27 percent of people are more excited about this summer than ever before and that 51 percent of people are planning a staycation over the next few months. 45 percent of those polled plan on taking a few weekend breaks this summer to see more of Ireland.
When asked what they missed the most indoor dining in pubs and restaurants came out on top at 54 percent, with concerts at 31 percent.
The survey was carried out to celebrate the reveal of Circle K’s new name for its Froster range, K-Freeze. Circle K’s K-Freeze range is now available in all stores nationwide, excluding Circle K Express.
