Are you on the hunt for stylish stationary, but want to be socially conscious with your purchase? Look no further than TK Maxx’s new collaboration with Enable Ireland.
The retailer has teamed up with the charity, which supports the lives of children and young people in Ireland with disabilities.
As part of the partnership, two chic new notebooks have been launched including inspirational quotes from Enable Ireland service users.
Money raised through the sale of the notebooks will help Enable Ireland provide ocotherapy, psychological support, transport and much more.
Each notebook is priced at €6.99, with at least €2 from each purchase to be donated to the charit esense in Blanchardstown, and TK Maxx stores across the county.
Enable Ireland staff in Dublin are continuing to support people with disabilities during the Covid-19 epidemic. Dedicated Enable Ireland staff are providing essential residential, respite, community living and family support, in a way that is safe for all.
Where they can’t provide face to face support, staff are finding new ways to deliver clinical and therapy support for children and their families in key areas like physiotherapy, occupational therapy and speech and language therapy.
In Adult services, staff have come up with creative ways of supporting people at home such as doing online tai chi, hair and makeup lessons, and music therapy groups.
Clinical and therapy staff including psychologists, speech and language therapists, occupational therapists and physiotherapists have put together resource packs for families which the charity is making available to all parents via their website www.enableireland.ie/Resources4Parents.
