Good news for McDonald’s lovers, as Just Eat have confirmed that McDelivery will be available on the app from tomorrow, November 11.

The phased roll out will see participating McDonald’s restaurants go live on the Just Eat platform tomorrow morning, with 49 locations in total expected to participate across Ireland by November 25.

For anyone with a McDonald’s craving, their breakfast, lunch and dinner options will all be available on the app from 11am tomorrow. The first restaurants to launch in Dublin are O’Connell Street, Blanchardstown, Rathmines and Coolock, with more Dublin stores to become available in the coming weeks as part of roll-out plans.

Amanda Roche-Kelly, Managing Director Just Eat Ireland said: “We’re thrilled to be launching our partnership with McDonald’s and making McDelivery available to our Just Eat customers right across Ireland.

“Significantly expanding the delivery areas for McDonald’s lovers nationwide, as the traditional sit-in McDonald’s restaurants remain closed, this partnership will also serve up a sense of normality in our customers routines, despite all the change and worry outside people’s doors at the moment.

“With the Just Eat app now downloaded over 2.5 million times, we’ve expanded our courier network in anticipation of the growing demand for takeaway delivery, but also in support of our restaurant partners as we adapt to our changed reality and the continued demand from our customers for great tasting fresh food delivered straight to their door. Just Eat and McDonald’s have a shared vision to deliver convenience to our customers, so whether that’s a midweek treat, a Saturday night dinner with family or breakfast on a Monday, there’s a McDelivery menu offering for every occasion.”

Alistair Reid, McDonald’s Director of Operations for the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, comments: “We are delighted to announce our new partnership with Just Eat Ireland, which means that our McDelivery service is now available to more people across the country than ever before.

“This expanded offering ensures that your favourite meal is only ever a few clicks away. In an ever-changing retail and hospitality environment, we are always looking for opportunities to improve and enhance the service experience for our customers. This exciting collaboration with Just Eat Ireland is the perfect way to do just that.”
