Dublin City Council has organised a Spooktacular line up of Halloween Events

by Gazette Reporter

Dublin City Council has launched its schedule of Halloween events and the message this year is Stay Home, Stay Safe.

With this in mind, all events are online but there’s still plenty to engage and entertain the whole family this Halloween.

Speaking about Halloween 2020 the Lord Mayor, Hazel Chu, says “This year our experience of Halloween is going to be very different and I wish for everyone to have a safe and enjoyable time. There are lots of festivals taking place all across the city from the Otherworld Festival in Ballymun, Fright Night in Finglas, Dockers and Demons in the city centre to the main Bram Stoker Festival, all of which can be experienced online. Halloween is always a time of heightened excitement among our young people and I appeal to them to be mindful of the restrictions in place and to help keep vulnerable people and pets safe during the festival weekend.”

Details below of all the Festivals and events which have been organised in collaboration with community groups working right across the city.
